We connect people with expertise through online learning
Since starting in 2016, we've watched thousands of people gain real skills by learning from professionals who actually work in their fields. That's what drives everything we do.
Our approach is simple: find instructors who know their craft inside out, then help them create courses that walk you through their methods step by step. No fluff, no theory that doesn't translate to practice.
How we got started
We started noticing a gap between what people wanted to learn and what traditional courses offered. Most online classes either dumbed things down too much or assumed you already had years of experience.
So we built something different. We work with professionals who are still active in their fields—people solving real problems right now—and help them share the techniques they actually use.
The courses reflect how learning actually happens: watching someone who knows what they're doing, following along with their process, asking questions when something isn't clear.
What matters to us
Quality instruction comes first. We spend time vetting instructors, not just checking credentials but understanding how they think about teaching. Can they break down complex processes? Do they remember what it was like not knowing this stuff?
We also care about making courses accessible to people across the country. Internet speeds vary, schedules differ, learning styles aren't universal. So we build flexibility into everything.
And we stay out of your way. No constant emails about courses you don't need. No pressure to upgrade to premium tiers. You pick what you want to learn, and we make sure the material delivers.
What guides our work
Practical over theoretical
Every course focuses on techniques you can use right away. Theory matters, but only when it helps you do something better.
Honest about outcomes
We won't promise you'll become an expert after one course. Skill takes time. We provide the instruction and structure; you provide the effort.
Accessible when you need it
Learn at 2 AM if that's when you have time. Pause a lesson to practice. Go back and rewatch sections. The material adapts to your schedule.

Building courses that work
When we work with an instructor, we spend time understanding what they actually want to teach. Not what sounds impressive in a course title, but what skills will genuinely help someone improve.
Then we break it down. What does someone need to know first? Where do beginners usually get stuck? What order makes sense for learning these techniques? We test the structure, revise sections that don't flow well, and make sure examples are clear.
Production quality matters too. Clean audio so you can hear explanations clearly. Video that shows exactly what the instructor is demonstrating. Organized materials you can reference while practicing.
After a course launches, we keep tabs on how it performs. Students struggling with a particular section? We might add clarification or extra examples. Technology changing? We update the content to stay relevant.
